lost years of data

This is insane! All my finances down the drain and I can’t even open my backup. There should be a class action suit against this company. If they have any integrity they would fix the “damage” and reinstall our data. If not…NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS AND WILL SPEND THE REMAINDER OF MY DAYS TELLING EVERYONE.

Okay, when apology is due I give it. Thank you for fixing the problem, if that is what it was, and restoring all my accounts. I wish that had been in the message rather than just a delete message.
