Lost all of my accounting

I have been using this software since 2011, as of two days ago it would not open. reccomended delete and reinstall now it wants me to pay for it again. Sure to save 4 years of finances! Paid for it again and still nothing now I have lost all of my accounting! this is horrible! DO NOT BUY!
