Lost Everything

Today I received the message that the app was damaged. I searched online and found instructions from the creator of the App to delete the file (“your data will not be lost” ) they tell ya to go into the App Store and click purchase and your data will be restored. No such luck - I deleted it just like they told me too, it wouldn’t reload because it said I had a damaged file, so I emptied the Recycle bin and now everything is lost. No response from my email to customer service, the message above when followed asks for my Serial Number - heaven knows what that is. #Screwed #LostEverything #JustGotSplasmed
